We launched Therapy Training School in 2002 and have trained more than 1,500 professional therapists in various complementary therapies.
We have also been teaching a range of holistic therapies and self-development skills for many years including Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong and Chakra Balancing.

My interest in Complementary Health therapies began in the mid-1980s with the study and practice of a broad range of healing therapies for my own personal health and well-being. I came to realise that there is an extraordinary potential for transformation which healing therapies can have on a person's quality of life.
Wanting to share these experiences with others I began to practice some of these therapies in 1991 and since 2002 in collaboration with my husband Karl Hemmings I have been expanding this practice to reach out to as many people as possible, not only in the UK but all around the world.
I believe that healing therapies should be accessible to everyone, everywhere in the world and I endeavour to offer information and training to enable and empower anyone who wishes to heal themselves and others.

I began Yoga studies in 1982 whilst studying Alexander Technique and music in London. Over the years I have practiced and taught many styles of yoga including Hatha, Vini, Kundalini, Power Yoga and others.
I studied various healing arts including Reiki and other forms of natural healing with various Asian, Middle Eastern and European masters and enthusiasts. In 1990 I began teaching yoga, reiki, and health & fitness. From 1995 I expanded my skills base into other areas including Ayurveda, Shamanism, Energetic Exercises (Qigong) and sound therapy.
