Chakra Balancing Solo Tuition

With one-to-one tuition classes in Chakra Balancing you can learn how to design your own relaxation and healing practice. In your first one-hour lesson you will learn about the essential interrelationship of all of the (main) chakras. In the classes which follow you learn about each of the individual (main) chakras and how to establish and maintain its health by using the most appropriate exercises, sensory stimulation, visualisations and breathing routines for its unique vibration.

We can bring special attention toward your own individual development and look at any challenges that are presented by your working life and/or individual lifestyle.

If you want to get the most out of your Chakra Balancing practice and are keen to progress at your own pace then solo tuition is certainly the way to go. This is especially recommended if you have any specific ailment(s) that you want to address or areas you would like to strengthen.

Solo tuition is offered in one-hour classes and may be booked for any weekday by arrangement. The first appointment time in the morning is 10.00am and the last is 6.00pm

Chakra Balancing 1 Day Workshops

This amazing workshop guides your body, mind and senses along the colourful journey of the Chakras. Using wonderfully simple techniques you will explore colour, sound, breath and movement to help you to release negative energies trapped deep within your body. The mystery surrounding each of your Chakras is revealed and you begin the astonishing healing process as you learn to direct cleansing and balancing energy into all of your body's systems.

Using stimuli for all the senses, the chakras can be accessed and energised. Many of the following will be used in identifying imbalances and working to correct them: 1. Essential oils and incense 2. Specifically created visual aids 3. Audio aids such as chanting and musical instruments 4. Appropriate crystals (pre-energised) 5. Guided meditations for workshop and home practise.

This workshop leaves you with a feeling of total well-being on every level - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
