1. A Windows PC
Most computers manufactured in the last few years will easily meet the minimum system requirements. If you have an older computer, here's what you need:

• 233 MHz or higher processor (most computers meet this requirement)
• At least 64 MB of RAM
• A sound card
• Speakers or headphones (if you want to hear sound on your computer)
• An Internet connection

If you're not sure about your computer, open the Control Panel and click on the icon for "System" (for Windows XP, you will find this in the "classic view"). A window will open that displays your computer's system profile, including processor speed, RAM and other information.

2. A recent version of the Windows® Operating System. Your computer must be running the Windows 2000, XP, or Vista operating system. (Note: WMVs you download from TherapyTrainingSchool.com will not play on the Mac or Linux operating systems.) If your computer comes with Microsoft Internet Explorer already installed, please make sure you are using version 6 or higher.

3. A digital music software application:

• For WMVs we recommend Microsoft Windows Media Player 9 or greater. Download the latest Windows Media Player from Microsoft for free. Windows Media Player is able to play our video files that have been protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM) encryption.

We offer video in only WMV format. What to keep in mind about Windows Media Video (WMV) files:

• They offer high quality sound with smaller files sizes
• Often, they are restricted with Digital Rights Management encryption, which means they can only play on a certain number of devices and computers, and they cannot be shared. Some devices can play the unrestricted WMV files only. (Refer to your player’s user guide for more information about which type(s) of WMV files work on your device.)
• Whether they are restricted or not, WMV files do not play on the Apple iPod® or Microsoft Zune® devices
• They play on most media player software applications. We recommend Windows Media Player

We recommend that you have a high-speed Internet connection, but it is not required to download music.

To start viewing an average video (2-4 MB) takes:

• Broadband (T1, DSL, ISDN, cable modem): under 1 minute
• 56 Kbps modem: 2-3 minutes

Actual download time varies, depending on the length of the song, your system configuration, site traffic and network traffic.

Please consult the documentation that accompanies your non-Microsoft Windows Media Player to see if it supports WMV video. Although other media players may be able to play video you access from TherapyTrainingSchool.com, we only verify that the WMVs you view on our website will play using Microsoft's Windows Media Player 9 (or higher).

Each video you view will occupy 2 to 8 MB of disk space (this is a small amount). Your disk space requirements depend on the number of videos you want to view. To make sure that you have sufficient disk space please empty your internet browser cache regularly.
