Terms and Conditions
for Workshops delivered by
Therapy Training School
All students must read and accept the following terms and conditions before being accepted for workshops: (Booking via our website means that these terms and conditions will have been read, understood and agreed to as a necessary step before being able to proceed to complete any booking enquiry).
Cancellation or rescheduling by client
All workshops booked must be paid in full by no later than two weeks prior to the workshop date, unless agreed differently.
Cancellation(s) within 2 weeks of the workshop date are subject to 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellation(s) within 1 weeks of the workshop date are subject to 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation(s) within 2 days of the workshop date are subject to 50% cancellation fee.
Not showing up on the day for any reason is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Rescheduling within 2 weeks has no charge.
Rescheduling within 1 week has a 10% charge.
Rescheduling within 2 days of the workshop date is subject to a 25% charge.
Cancellation or rescheduling by Therapy Training School
From time to time, there may not be sufficient numbers of students to allow a workshop to proceed.
If this is the case, the following conditions would apply.
Notice will be given (via e-mail and/or phone call) at least 7 days before a workshop if it will not proceed.
Students will be given the opportunity to reschedule their workshop to another date that has sufficient numbers.
If there is no date which suits a student for rescheduling then the option exists for a full reimbursement of the workshop fee.
Health and Safety
Students taking part in workshops must ensure that they do not have any infectious condition as this would be a contravention of Health and Safety protocols.
On the day of the workshop
It is the responsibility of each student to make sure that they know the route to Therapy Training School (or other designated site) and that they arrive on time.
Purchases
Purchases may be made on the day with cash, card or by cheque. Debit cards can be used, but please allow extra time for the transaction to be done electronically after the workshop is finished or make prior arrangement for it to be completed in the lunch break.
Permissible use of workshop materials
Therapy Training School offers workshops to individuals to provide them with skills for personal self-development. Our workshops are not intended to permit students to deliver workshops themselves, therefore any and all workshop materials are intended only for personal reference purposes. Unauthorised use of workshop materials will be seen as a serious breach of copyright.
Copyright
All copyright and other intellectual copyrights of all printed or electronic training materials are owned by or licensed by Therapy Training School. Copying, adaptation or other use of all or any part of these materials without the express written permission of Therapy Training School is prohibited. We have a strict policy of prosecuting any and all infringements.
All the above applies to all students unless agreed otherwise by both parties (in writing) prior to the workshop date.
